- yes
- Yes. It's possible for any sex to live under the same roof even when they're not fixed but that ISN'T recommended only unless you're responsible enough to keep them separated while the b*tch is in heat. The males are fixed therefore the hormones are gone, this is not always true nor does it always work. Proper socialization, a safe meeting in neutral territory, and a strong leader will be key to getting any dogs to live together amicably. I have two neutered male dogs and they are best of friends! Had a few spats, but nothing serious, just figuring out who is going to be boss. An important thing to recognize is that the human in the equation is the ultimate boss. The human also decides which dog will be next in line and can influence that agreement between the dogs. For instance, when introducing a new pup to the household, come to an understanding with all humans in the family that the first dog will be the boss dog. That first dog will get fed first, let outside first, treated first, played with first, cuddled first, etc. Even if it is only by a few seconds. That subtle choice on the part of the humans portrays to the dogs that the older or "first dog" is ranked above the new dog. It doesn't mean you love one more than the other just that you are choosing the order.
- Depends on the individual dogs. some will get along fine. Some wont get along no matter if they are fixed or not.
- You don't need to get them neutered, they're males just train them together and treat them equal to eachother. and they will form a pack mentality. Dont snip the gonads because you cant handle them.lol House dogs are tamed and obedient depending on the owner's assertiveness and power translation toward the dogs. Your are the alpha male regardless if ur a female or male, your the owner and they should realize it. Get them as puppies because if u get to full grown males together you will have to snip if u dont feel like working hard, and adolescence are even worse.
- Yes my male is currently living with another male (both fixed) that I am dog sitting and they live well together.
- Of course ! Anyone who says they will fight are WRONG !!! It all depends on your dogs personality. I have two male dogs in the house (both fixed) and their like best buddies XD Good luck.x
