Why is it that adult magazines are only allowed to show one nipple? Why is that racy magazines such as FHM, Maxim, and Playboy in the Philippines only allowed to show one nipple in their pictorials. In some cases if it was a frontal topless shot the other nipple would have to be omitted while the other one remains uncensored. Playboy occasionally publishes photos with both breasts in the same shot but mostly in adult men's magazines they only show one nipple.
